This time I decided to test Unreal engine 5's nanite and lumen with something other than rocks, and also wanted to test my Ivy generator Version2 HDA.
I found a nice reference to base the main shot and get the idea for testing my generator (I will show you in the Breakout video that I will post somewhere in the future).
For this project I modeled all the architecture non organic assets you can see (walls, arches, doors, planters pillars, roof tiles, etc.)
and the texturing was done combining substance Painter and Quixel mixer.
for the organic assets , all the Ivy was created from my ivy generator, and the plants are from the Megascans library.
I made the trees on the background using Speedtree.
also you can see a bunch of dried vines scattered around that I simulated using an other HDA for scattering stuff, all the scattered things are using nanite also the vines branching has been nanatiziseded, all the other green and yellow stuff has been setup as foliage.
frame rates are from 30fps having dives into 24fps, at 2560x1440 pixels. (video might be even lower because the screen recording)
